Requirements Gathering & Analysis
During the initial phase of the engagement, our consulting experts interact with your staff and document your needs. They work with our internal domain experts as well as your management stakeholders to help you align your needs with your strategic business objectives. This initial consultation is without any obligation and helps prepare the basis for discussions to proceed logically.
As a nextstep, we put together a solution in terms of requirements understanding, team size & composition (experience/skills), and project plan. The solution is then signed off by both parties with appropriate SLAs to govern the relationship.
The Knowledge Transfer phase sees the constitution of a team, which undergoes thorough training on client products / processes, as required. Knowledge transition and project execution plans are established in this phase. Client approvals are taken are every logical step of the entire process, which makes for good clarity of communication.
